The Opportunity This position is within Abbott's Cancer Diagnostics business. Abbott's Cancer Diagnostics business was established through the acquisition of Exact Sciences', bringing together Abbott's global diagnostics leadership with Exact Sciences' expertise in cancer screening and diagnostic testing. As the Gap Closure Program Analyst, you’ll have the chance to support the Gap Closure Program Execution team by managing and enhancing programs for payer and health system customers. You’ll work with large, complex data sets to validate program inputs, confirm member eligibility and ordering requirements, and coordinate operational readiness across Revenue Cycle, Customer Care, Customer Experience (CX), and the Lab. This role is onsite in Madison, WI. What You’ll Work On • Review, validate, and process customer-submitted gap closure program files, including required Cologuard ordering fields, member eligibility, and data quality; partner with Operations Managers or Customer Success Managers to resolve incomplete or inaccurate inputs. • Use Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Epic, and Data Bricks to analyze data, run reports, oversee address verification, and transform program data into actionable inputs for accurate ordering, communications, and downstream execution. • Coordinate new bulk orders and operational readiness across internal partners, including Patient and Provider Support, Revenue Cycle, Customer Care, Customer Experience (CX), and the Lab, ensuring teams have the information needed to support patients and providers. • Execute ad hoc analyses and program requests, proofread program communications for accuracy, and manage multiple priorities independently while adapting to changing business and customer needs. • Identify and support process improvements within Gap Closure Program Execution, using data and operational insights to improve quality, efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and the customer experience; contribute to a long-term vision and roadmap based on customer and business needs. Required Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or field related to job duties; or High School Degree/General Education Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelors degree. • 2+ years of operational or other related experience. • Expertise in Excel, including use of pivot table function. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
