About the role
Your Contribution to Something Big As a Smart Start BPS Method Engineer, you will support the Bosch Production System (BPS) team in continuous improvement, digitalization, and data-driven operational excellence activities. • Support the digitalization and continuous improvement of the Improvement Suggestion System • Create Power BI dashboards and digital solutions to visualize and track BPS activities and performance • Take part in shopfloor continuous improvement activities, workshops, and BPS projects • Support the development and maintenance of internal digital collaboration and knowledge-sharing platforms • Contribute to AI and LLM-based solutions that improve knowledge accessibility and efficiency in daily work • Support the development and improvement of BPS methods, standards, and ways of working • Contribute to digitalization projects that improve process transparency and operational efficiency • Collaborate with BPS experts, production teams, and cross-functional stakeholders on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities What Distinguishes You • 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student in Industrial Engineering or Computer Engineering • Very good command of English, both written and spoken • Proficient in MS Office tools; familiarity with Power BI is an asset • Basic programming and data analysis knowledge; familiarity with SQL and/or Python is an asset • Strong interest in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, digitalization, data analytics, and AI • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and develop new skills • Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
