About the role
🏨 The Company Resilience Care, a leading player in remote medical monitoring and a partner in clinical research, is a French company founded in 2021 with a single mission: to provide better care. Our company offers remote monitoring solutions in oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry, based on the collection of ePROs combined with AI technologies. These solutions rely on a monitoring platform for healthcare professionals—enabling the early detection of side effects for continuous and proactive care—and a mobile app for patients, empowering them to measure and manage their symptoms using tailored resources. Our solutions optimize patient care, continuously enrich our understanding of patients throughout their healthcare journey, and accelerate clinical research through the collection, structuring, and in-depth analysis of real-world data. Today, our solutions are deployed in routine care for 35,000 patients across more than 200 healthcare facilities, as well as within the framework of around twenty academic and industrial clinical trials. Through this, we put data at the service of healthcare and therapeutic innovation, driven by the ambition to enable every patient to benefit from personalized medicine. 📝 Your Role In a few words: you own management reporting and help the Finance Director steer the company's P&L and cash performance. You will join them to strengthen performance management as the company grows. • Your manager: the Finance Director, whose right hand you will be on P&L and cash performance. • Your future colleague: the Accounting Manager, your daily partner on data reliability and the connection between accounting and management reporting. • Your stakeholders: the COO, Chief of Staff, support functions and budget owners. • The team's little ➕ about the team : a human-sized, close-knit team that is closely connected to the company's core challenges, with a shared ambition to grow and build together. Evolving processes and organization within a dynamic environment where everyone can directly contribute to the development of the Finance function. 👤 Candidate Profile ⚙️ You are the right person if you know how to • Build financial models, complex formulas and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets at an advanced level. • Apply a solid understanding of accounting, the monthly close and analytical accounting. • Perform consistency checks, variance analysis, budgeting and landing-scenario projections. • Use AI or automation in practical ways to improve efficiency. • Work in English at a professional B2 level or above. 🙂 You are the right person if you have • Rigour and strong attention to the consistency of financial data. • The ability to synthesize complex information and make financial topics clear to non-finance stakeholders. • A proactive mindset, identifying risks and proposing action rather than only reporting what happened. • The confidence to chal
