In den Bereichen Foto, Film und CGI sind wir Marktführer und kreieren medienübergreifend immer neuen Content, der unseren Kunden zielgruppenspezifisch ausgespielt wird. Unser Hauptsitz ist unser 11.000 qm großes Fotostudio in Bremen, in dem wir aktuell ca. 200 Mitarbeiter beschäftigen. Für unseren Standort Bremen suchen wir einen Art Director in Vollzeit (m/w/d). Aufgaben • Konzeption, Ausarbeitung und kreative Betreuung von Premium- & Lifestyle-Shootings für Fashion und Nonfood ( Fokus Studio, Location punktuell) • Entwicklung von Ideen-, Mood- und Shootingboards als Vorbereitung für die Foto-Produktion und AI-Creatives • Entwicklung & Auswahl Casting, Styling und Location zu den erarbeiteten Ideen • Betreuung der Shootings (Model & Still) als Art-Director im Studio und on Location • Briefing & Steuerung Post-Produktion • Briefing & Steuerung von AI-Umsetzungen • Layouten von Präsentationen ( Styleguides, Modelcastings etc. ) • Editing des Shooting-Outputs • Arbeiten mit Daten-Managment-Tools Qualifikation • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung als AD in einer Agentur oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen • Shooting-Erfahrung in Foto und Film • Fashion- und Lifestyle-Affinität • Sicheres Gespür für Styling und Bildsprache • Voller Ideen und Kreativität • Souveräner Umgang mit den Programmen der Adobe Creative Cloud • Umgang mit Microsoft Teams • Kenntnisse in Capture One wären von Vorteil • Vertraut mit AI-Tools wie Claude, Chat GPT, Mid Journey u.s.w. • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit • Souverän in der Kommunikation • Spaß am Schaffen • Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift • gute Englisch-Kenntnisse Benefits • Große Marken und internationale Kampagnen • Ein sicherer und langfristiger Arbeitsplatz • Ein motiviertes Team an Deiner Seite • Vielfältiges Aufgabenspektrum • Ein Arbeitsplatz bei einem mehrfach ausgezeichneten Arbeitgeber • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Selbstständigkeit • Moderner und kreativer Arbeitsplatz • Corporate Benefits • Business Bike • Betriebliche Altersvorsorge • U.v.m.
