Experience: • 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy and operations, supply chain, transit, planning, analytics, or a related field. • Excellent quantitative and financial acumen. • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills are a must. SQL is a plus. • Experience with supplier or vendor management is a plus. • Outstanding written and verbal communicator who tailors the message and medium to the audience, and partners well up, down, and across the organization. • Strong sense of ownership. You are excited about process optimization and continuous improvement. • Ability to clarify complexity by blending vision and detail. • Proactive and hands on when working through uncertainty. • Curious and quick to learn new concepts spanning operations, supply chain, product, engineering, design, city partnerships, and beyond. Benefits: • Extended health and dental coverage options, along with life insurance and disability benefits • Mental health benefits • Family building benefits • Pet benefits • Access to a Lyft funded Health Care Savings Account • RRSP plan with company match to help save for your future • In addition to provincial observed holidays, salaried team members are covered under Lyft's flexible paid time off policy. Hourly team members get 15 days paid time off, with an additional day for each year of service • Lyft is proud to support new parents with 18 weeks of paid time off, designed as a top-up plan to complement provincial progr
