About the role

Your contribution to something big: You will have the opportunity to join into a cross-functional systems engineering team for Residential Heat Pumps in Aveiro with strong interlinks to Wernau (DE) and Tranas (SE). You will create an essential value add into successful product introduction of our heat pump business.    • Create something new: • Ensure consistent requirements engineering across projects and solution domains, maintaining quality, traceability and alignment. • Lead requirements reviews, establish baselines and ensure compliance with RE processes. • Manage requirements, changes and open questions using Jira-R4J. • Apply systems engineering principles, the V-Model and product lifecycle knowledge to create structured, reusable and traceable requirements. • Take responsibility: • Drive cross-domain alignment by resolving requirement conflicts, dependencies and open questions. • Ensure requirement quality, consistency and traceability across system, appliance and module levels. • Promote digitalization through requirements engineering tools and processes. • Live cooperation: • Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams in Aveiro, Wernau and Tranås, with occasional travel. • Act as the central contact for requirements management in heat pump development projects in Aveiro. What distinguishes you:   • Education: Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering and management, process engineering, physics, or similar disciplines.   • Personality: structured, initiative, technology affine, goal- and solution-oriented, strong in communications and collaboration.   • Working style : systematically and independently, methodically convincing, self-confident and good in communicating with different development and management levels, able to present complex issues in an understandable way, appreciate to work in an international environment.   • Experience and know-how: >2-3 years of experience in requirements engineering, preferably in the fields of heat pumps, Knowledge in systems engineering welcome.
