We are seeking a strategic, consumer-centered, and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager, Immunizations Marketing to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across CVS Pharmacy's immunization portfolio.   This role is responsible for driving awareness, consideration, appointment conversion, and ongoing consumer engagement across a broad portfolio of immunization offerings, including seasonal, routine, adult, and emerging vaccination opportunities. The Senior Marketing Manager will leverage consumer insights, performance data, competitive intelligence, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, shape go-to-market strategies, and optimize business outcomes.   The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and thrives in a highly matrixed environment. This individual will partner closely with Digital, CRM, Media, Creative, Analytics, Operations, Clinical, Product, and Finance teams to deliver integrated marketing programs that drive immunization growth, improve consumer adoption, and strengthen CVS Pharmacy's leadership position in preventive health. This role follows a hybrid work model and requires employees to work onsite in Woonsocket, RI, two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)   Responsibilities   Marketing Strategy & Planning • Lead development of consumer-centric, integrated marketing strategies CVS Pharmacy's immunization portfolio that increase awareness, consideration, appointment conversion, and repeat vaccination behavior. • Identify growth opportunities across seasonal, routine, and emerging immunization categories to drive consumer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. • Leverage consumer insights, market research, competitive intelligence, and performance analytics to inform business decisions and marketing investments.   Campaign Leadership & Execution • Lead end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns supporting the immunization portfolio across paid, owned, earned, and in-store channels. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to bring new immunization offerings, services, and consumer initiatives to market. • Develop differentiated marketing approaches for various immunization audiences and consumer segments throughout the year.   Performance Optimization & Analytics • Leverage marketing performance data, consumer research, and business results to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations. • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across email, web, mobile, app, media, and appointment conversion channels. • Develop executive-ready presentations, reporting, dashboards, and business updates that translate complex data into actionable insights. • Champion a test-and-learn culture through experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous optimization.   Cross-Functional Leadership • Serve as a primary marketing lead across multiple cross-functional workstreams and initiatives. • Influence partners across Media, CRM, Analytics, Creative, Product, Clinical, Legal, Operations, and Finance to align priorities and drive successful outcomes. • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and effectively navigate competing priorities withi
