The pay range is $168,000.00 - $303,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As Director, Agency Development, Partner Solutions, Roundel , you will lead a talented team responsible for building and expanding Roundel’s relationships with the agency community. You will translate Roundel’s overarching agency strategy into actionable engagement and activation plans that strengthen agency partnerships, unlock new opportunities and drive profitable revenue growth. In this role, you will establish and grow strategic relationships with senior agency leaders and key decision makers, ensuring Roundel is positioned as a critical media and business partner across the agency ecosystem. You will develop strategies that deepen agency understanding of Roundel’s capabilities, create scalable opportunities across clients and categories, and connect agency priorities to Roundel solutions. You will work closely with Partner Solutions category leadership and cross-functional partners including Product Specialists, Client Management, Merchandising, Product Marketing Integration, Media Ad Ops & Reporting, Target in India, Brand, Creative partners and other Target teams to identify opportunities and deliver effective solutions for our agency and advertising partners. You will apply your proven success building relationships, developing teams and navigating the evolving digital media and agency landscape to play a critical role in driving Roundel’s continued growth. Primary responsibilities include: • Develop and activate agency engagement strategies that support Roundel’s overall agency strategy and revenue growth objectives. • Build, lead and develop a talented team of Agency Development professionals responsible for strengthening relationships across the agency ecosystem. • Establish and grow strategic relationships with senior agency executives and key decision makers across major holding companies, independent agencies and agency teams. • Develop agency-specific growth plans that identify opportunities to increase adoption of Roundel solutions and unlock
