A Day in the Life Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) is focused on advancing therapies and technologies that support the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias through electrophysiology and catheter ablation procedures. The marketing function partners closely with Sales, Clinical, Medical Education, and cross-functional teams to drive therapy adoption, strengthen physician engagement, support portfolio growth, and expand patient access to innovative cardiac care solutions across the South Eastern Europe and Central Asia (SEECA) region. This role supports the development and execution of regional marketing and market development initiatives that drive adoption and growth of the Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio across both direct and indirect SEECA markets, including Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Romania, and Bulgaria. The role collaborates with commercial, clinical, and medical education teams to increase therapy awareness, support physician education, execute product launch activities, and generate insights that accelerate procedure growth across the region. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: • Execute regional marketing plans and growth initiatives for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio. • Govern regional marketing budgets and investment allocation, ensuring spending aligns with business priorities, approved financial targets, return-on-investment expectations, and strategic event prioritization. • Identify opportunities to increase therapy adoption, utilization, and market penetration. • Partner with Sales and Clinical teams to support account development plans and procedure growth initiatives. • Coordinate physician training programs, workshops, educational events, and customer engagement activities. • Support product launch execution, launch readiness planning, and field enablement activities. • Analyze sales performance, market dynamics, competitive activity, and adoption trends to generate business insights. • Develop and deploy customer-facing materials, presentations, and commercial tools. • Lead event logistics, vendor management, budget tracking, compliance coordination, and cross-functional project execution. Required Knowledge and Experience: • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in marketing, product management, healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals. • Experience supporting commercial growth, market development, or customer engagement initiatives. • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. • Experience analyzing business performance data and generating actionable recommendations. • Fluency in English.
