This dynamic role involves close collaboration with ADESA auction sites and clients to facilitate vehicle deliveries. Key Responsibilities: • Manage customer and carrier inboxes • Respond to customer and carrier inquiries in a timely, professional manner • Track active loads and update ETAs in the system • Monitor exceptions and proactively communicate delays or issues • Complete and action daily operational reports • Identify overdue or at-risk units • Ensure follow-ups are documented and resolved • Collaborate with dispatch teams and senior personnel to effectively resolve load-related challenges. Requirements: • Transportation experience required • An Associate's degree or higher is required, or 1-3 years relevant work experience Must commute to the Tempe office (5 Days a week) • Tech-savvy with strong critical thinking skills. • Proficient in English.
