About the role

You’re not just designing websites, you’re building and shipping the experiences that shape how Lio shows up to the world. As our Web & Visual Design Intern, you’ll work closely with our Founding Brand Operator, CEO, and GTM team to continuously build and improve Lio’s website. You’ll turn concepts and Figma designs into polished, responsive web experiences, while also bringing a strong visual eye to everything we put out. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the intersection of web building, design, and technology and likes turning ideas into things that actually go live. We’re open to both full-time candidates and freelancers for this role. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: • Build, launch, and continuously improve Lio’s website in Webflow or Framer • Work closely with our Founding Brand Operator, CEO, and GTM team to turn ideas and Figma designs into polished web experiences • Build new landing pages, campaign pages, and other web experiences from concept to launch • Create responsive layouts, interactions, and animations that make the website feel polished across devices • Help maintain and improve the structure, components, and consistency of our website as it grows • Turn complex ideas around AI and enterprise technology into simple and engaging digital experiences • Create visuals and assets for our website, social media, campaigns, events, and other brand touchpoints • Experiment with new tools, interactions, and web technologies to continuously improve Lio’s digital presence Your Profile You’ll thrive in this role if you: • Are highly comfortable building and shipping websites in Webflow or Framer • Are proficient in Figma and can confidently translate designs into responsive, production-ready pages • Understand responsive design, components, interactions, animations, and the fundamentals of modern web experiences • Have a strong visual eye for typography, layout, spacing, and composition • Can take a rough idea or Figma concept and turn it into a polished live experience • Enjoy both the creative and technical sides of building for the web • Care about the details and like figuring out how to make things work, not just how they should look • Learn new tools quickly and enjoy experimenting with new technologies • Feel comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and collaborating closely with others Your experience can come from professional, freelance, or personal projects — what matters most to us is what you can build. Nice to Have • Experience with motion design and web animations • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript • Experience with custom code or integrations in Webflow or Framer Why Join Us? At Lio, you’ll help build the next category-defining AI company from the ground up. You’ll work closely with our Founding Brand Operator, CEO, and GTM team and see the things you build go live quickly. You’ll have plenty of room to experiment with new tools and ideas, develop your skills, and make a visible impact on how Lio shows up online. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
