About the role
Overview Physical AI, a real model of the world, is the next trillion dollar opportunity and a foundational pillar for energy, robotics and superintelligence. At Jua we are building it now. Our models already run on four continents and help power the energy buildout needed to support ever larger intelligence. We are assembling a world-class team of researchers and entrepreneurial minds to turn this model into reality at global scale. If you want the opportunity of your life, come build physical AI with us. The Role You work directly with Jua’s Leadership. You operate as a force multiplier — plugging into whatever's highest-leverage that day, from fundraising and investor work to product calls, deals, and fixing what's broken before it slows us down. What you're pulled into will shift as the business does — some stretches this is heavily fundraising and investor-facing, others it's operational firefighting or unsticking a cross-functional project. The pace is high, the context load is real, and you'll see everything. This is also a launchpad into an executive leadership role. This role is best suited for someone who has been an early-stage operator or ex-founder, and has hands-on experience with start-ups that are still in the build-phase. If that's you, expect a founder's vantage point on how Jua scales — the pace and stakes of building it yourself, without carrying it alone. What You Will Do • Problem-solve directly with the leadership team on the highest-leverage issues across the business — from product, marketing and operations to fundraising and partnerships. • Sit in high-stakes meetings with customers, investors, and strategic partners, and turn what happens there into clear next steps. • Bring clarity to priorities and make sure decisions actually turn into action. • Build lightweight dashboards and operating rhythms that help the team learn from data that's still evolving — without pretending it's cleaner than it is. • Be the glue across the business: spot where cross-functional work is stuck and personally unblock it — including outside your core areas, whether that's a marketing crunch, a vendor issue, or whatever's fallen through the cracks. • Write sharp briefs, investor materials, and internal notes. • Handle practical execution when it matters — travel, schedules, logistics, on-site coordination. Who You Are • A fast learner who can switch contexts without dropping quality — the mix of what you're doing will genuinely change over time, and you're energised by that rather than needing it to settle. • Real depth in one or two areas, not experience scattered thinly across many — we'd rather see two or three things you've actually driven than a long list of things you've touched. • Comfortable with data and analytical tools (vibe coding is enough) — precise enough to help the team make calls on metrics that are still taking shape, without waiting for perfect numbers. • A clear, concise communicator who compresses complexity. • High ownership and bias toward action. • Comfortable with ambiguity — figuring things out as you go — and good at building real relationships across the team to get things done through others. • Challenges directly — firm, honest input with no ego or personal agenda — then backs the CEO's call fully, including the ones that don't pan out. • Spots problems before anyone else does, and gets ahead of them — not just reactive once something's already stuck. • A professional background in a leadership position in one of the following domains, along with cross-functional experience in other parts of the business too : Product, Commercial, People and/or Engineering. • Hands-on experience at an early-stage startup that is still building, still raising — or founder experience — is a str
