About the role
Our mission We're on a mission to create 10 million human firewalls! At revel8, we redefine cybersecurity training with hyper-realistic simulations that reflect today's evolving attack landscape. Our innovative platform combines AI-driven multi-channel attacks with gamified, real-time learning to build resilience where it matters most: the people. Your mission We opened our first office in Munich this year, and our team is growing fast. That means more people, more deliveries, more events, and more things that need someone to look after them. As our Working Student Office Management & Operations, you'll work directly with Melina, our Head of People & Culture, and make sure our Munich office is a place where the team loves to work. You'll know you're succeeding when things just work: the fridge is stocked, the meeting rooms are ready, the team event is booked, and nobody has to think twice about it. How your day-to-day will look like: • Office Management: You own our Munich office and keep it running day to day. You handle orders for supplies, snacks and equipment, keep an eye on stock, and coordinate with vendors and building management. • Office Care: You're the one who keeps our office feeling like home. You unpack and put away deliveries, keep the spaces tidy, and take care of all the small things that make the office a place where people want to spend their day. • Event Planning: You plan and organize team events, offsites, team lunches and small rituals. You handle everything from gathering ideas and booking venues to managing budgets and making sure everything runs smoothly on the day. • Admin & Organization: You take care of the admin work that keeps our office running. You manage orders and invoices, keep office documents and trackers organized, and handle recurring operational tasks reliably. • Process & Automation: You spot recurring manual tasks and help us simplify or automate them, using AI tools, Notion templates or smarter workflows. • Ad-hoc Projects: You're our go-to person when something needs to get done, whether it's organizing a visit from partners, preparing welcome packages or sorting out a new office topic. • People & Recruiting Support: When needed, you lend our People & Culture team a hand, for example by preparing documents, updating Personio, helping with onboarding steps or coordinating interviews. Is it you we are looking for? You... • are currently enrolled as a student in Germany (field of study is open – what matters is how you work) and can commit 16–20 hours per week in our office. • are highly organized and reliable: you keep track of many small things at once, meet deadlines, and follow through without needing reminders. • are a "no task too small" person: you're as happy restocking the office as you are planning a team event or updating an employee file. • are hands-on and proactive: you see what needs to be done and just do it, and you prioritize done over perfect. • are a people person with good judgment: you communicate warmly and clearly, and you handle sensitive information discreetly. • are tool-fluent and AI-curious: you work confidently with Google Workspace, Notion and Slack, and you use AI tools to move faster. • communicate fluently in English, so you can collaborate easily with our international team. Bonus: • German skills, which help when dealing with vendors, building management and admin topics • First experience in operations, office management, event organization or HR (e.g. through a previous job, internship or student organization) Why revel8? • Our revelutionary Energy: Join a team that's ambitious, kind, and genuinely excited about what we're building. We move fast, we have fun, and we treat each other well. • Real ownership from day one: You won't j
