In this role, you will play a critical role that provides essential coordination and administrative support for capital projects, facility operations, vendor management, budget tracking, scheduling, and project documentation. This position includes project oversight, stakeholder communication, contractor coordination, and reporting activities that directly support operational objectives. You will help ensure effective project execution, maintain operational efficiency, support business continuity, and minimize risks associated with delays, missed milestones, and reduced organizational productivity. This role is onsite at our Memphis facility                     • Provides project or program support to our Memphis Facilities Team • Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables • Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures • Gathers and compiles information for reports • Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding • Manages vendor relationships • Manages financial information including budgets and purchase orders • Manages and updates quality documents Required Qualifications • 4+ years of Administrative/Project Coordination experience Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting Facilities teams • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint • Experience working with Financial information including Budget Planning, Tracking, and Purchase Orders For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
