The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining operational controls to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the ACG AORs process. Accountabilities: • Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities to strengthen risk, compliance, and control practices. • Design, implement, and evaluate controls to mitigate risk and support regulatory compliance. • Design, update and analyze ACG’s processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • · Ensure all ACG’s processes comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Support enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, audit, and control frameworks. • Monitor risk, compliance, and control metrics using data analytics and reporting tools. • Lead and coordinate remediation activities for audit findings, compliance issues, and control deficiencies. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage risk, support governance initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. • Prepare and present risk, compliance, and control reporting for leadership and key stakeholders. • Support regulatory reviews, internal audits, and compliance assessments. • Develop training, communications, and guidance to promote a strong risk and compliance culture.
