GSK has exceptional capabilities in vaccine science and technologies, including adjuvant/protein and mRNA. In specialty medicines, we are at the forefront of HIV prevention and treatment, and we are building our presence in key therapeutic areas such as oncology and immuno-inflammation. General medicines include our inhaled medicines for asthma and COPD, antibiotics and medicines for skin diseases. And we’re confident in our future. Our pipeline of 21 vaccines and 43 medicines includes many with potential to be first or best-in-class opportunities for patients. We are currently looking for a Patient Access and Advocacy Manager who is accountable to design and implement patient access and advocacy strategies and programmes that facilitate ethical, compliant access to GSK medicines and support services. He/She ensure that Patient Access Programmes is designed to benefit patients and public health, comply with GSK written standards and local regulations, and are not promotional, not inducements, and not anticompetitive in nature. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Design Patient Access Programmes (e.g. financial assistance, managed entry agreements) that help individual patients pay for GSK products or navigate reimbursement processes, ensuring compliance with affordability, equity, and ethical standards. • Shape Patient Access Programmes that provide materials, services, and information to help prescribed patients use GSK medicines correctly and manage their condition (e.g. home health support, disease education, adherence tools). • Lead internal review of proposed programmes, ensuring documentation of rationale, expected patient/public health benefit, vendor performance criteria (non-prescription/non-market share based) and data protection controls. • Act as country focal point for collaborations with patient organizations, HCOs and HCPs on access and advocacy initiatives, ensuring alignment with patient organization advocacy goals and GSK policy principle • Represent GSK in relevant multi-stakeholder forums on patient access and care delivery, in coordination with Global Patient Advocacy & Engagement and local leadership • Monitor programme effectiveness and quality; drive continuous improvement based on data, insights and lessons learned, ensuring that changes remain policy-compliant and focused on patient benefit, not sales or market share Why you? We look for people who appreciate the importance of safety and quality and strive to continuously improve our performance and practices.  We work in an open and transparent environment so you’ll be someone who treats others with respect and integrity – as you will be treated yourself.  Ideally, we are looking for someone who: • University degree in health sciences, pharmacy, public health, economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred for senior roles. • Significant experience (3-5 years) in market access, patient access, medical affairs, health policy or patient advocacy within pharmaceuticals or healthcare. • Strong understanding of patient support/access programmes, compliance  frameworks, privacy and pharmacovigilance requirements (familiarity with GSK Policy VQD-POL-002047 and Enterprise Written Standards).  • Proven ability to lead
