About the role

Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. We believe capital is one of the most powerful tools for shaping the world - and more people should know how to put it to work. Our mission is to make it radically easier to raise and deploy capital, so that anyone, anywhere, can back the companies and ideas they believe in. Our first product is a full-stack platform for launching and running private investment firms, allowing you to run everything from your phone - think Shopify for VC and PE. We handle all the infrastructure: from legal structuring and investor onboarding to KYC/AML, payments, tax, reporting, and exits. We're already trusted by over 10,000 angels, VCs, and founders. We administer over $750m in assets, covering investments from pre-seed to series E. This includes household names like ElevenLabs, OpenAI, SpaceX, xAI, Anduril, etc. but also new companies creating everything from synthetic brains to small nuclear reactors. Why we're hiring • We are automating a decades old part of the financial services industry. AI pilled operators like you are the beating heart of this plan, because LLMs & agents allow us to turn this services business entirely into software. • We're post-PMF, fast-growing, and rolling out new products (fund admin) & geographies (USA). Customer & deal volume is climbing fast. • Today we're on track for roughly 700 deals a year, with a team of ~20, and we’ll process $500m-$750m of investment in 2026 alone. • The next goal is 7,000 deals a year and billions in annual investment flows. • We believe this can be achieved with a team of around 50 people. But it will only be possible if we turn human-driven services workflows into software. • The operational machine behind Odin is still held together in many places by people and spreadsheets. Your job is to come in, understand every process and system, simplify, streamline and automate the shit out of it. • You’ll be part of a small elite team embedded in operations and working closely with existing team members to build agents that automate work. • We expect the right hire to be spending more time in Claude Code than in Excel, email or anything else. What you'll own • Understand the work, then rebuild it: You’ll get close to how our operational teams actually work - the processes, edge cases, manual steps and things that slow them down. Your job is to understand them well enough to redesign, automate and build better ways of doing them. • Build and automate: You’ll turn manual workflows into tools, automations and systems that make the business faster and more scalable. You’ll work autonomously and move quickly - often vibe coding something useful yourself before it ever needs traditional product or engineering resource. • Bridge operations and engineering: You’ll know when something can be solved with process, automation or a lightweight build, and when it genuinely needs deeper engineering work. When it does, you’ll bring Product, Design and Engineering in with the problem already understood, simplified and proven. • Delete things and say no: You’ll constantly question why a process exists, whether a request should be supported, and whether something is worth scaling. If a workflow exists for no good reason, you kill it. If a request creates complexity without enough value, we don’t do it. What we're looking for • AI-pilled builder: Clear evidence, at work or in your own time, that you've built concrete solutions to problems with no budget and no engineers. No-code tooling, scripts, spreadsheets, vibe-coded apps and more. • Numerate: Comfortable with financial mechanics, strong mental arithmetic.
