About the role

Would you like to be a part of one of the most exciting companies in technology? NVIDIA is looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead NALA Sales Development (SDS) coverage across multiple industries. You will manage Sales Development Specialists and own team quota attainment, daily coaching, performance management, and alignment with industry sales teams. This hands-on leader will join customer conversations, build industry-aligned outbound strategies, and help sellers create substantial pipeline while developing the skills and demonstrated readiness for future sales roles. Success requires delivering team sales results by translating industry priorities into effective campaigns, stronger customer discovery, and productive Account Manager and Solution Architect engagement. What you'll be doing: • Lead daily coaching and performance management for a team of Sales Development Specialists across multiple NALA industries; own team quota attainment and set clear expectations for customer engagement, pipeline quality, and development. • Coach through one-to-ones, call reviews, role plays, and joint customer meetings, with particular emphasis on discovery, Account Manager and Solution Architect engagement, and industry go-to-market alignment. • Regularly join customer calls to understand the customers, use cases, and challenges sellers encounter; turn firsthand observations into practical coaching and enablement. • Own industry alignment with Account Managers and Regional Industry Sales Leaders; coordinate with Solution Architects, Industry Business Development, Marketing, and Channel on account priorities, ownership, and follow-up. • Translate industry priorities into targeted outbound account-development plans, sales plays, and campaigns; define intended customer outcomes, complete with industry partners, and use results to improve the approach. • Prioritize relevant pipeline generation and opportunity progression; evaluate outreach and event activity against industry objectives and customer value, and stop work that does not support those outcomes. • Own day-to-day account priorities, workload allocation, sales plays, routing exceptions, and performance actions; resolve industry execution issues and advance broader organizational dependencies to sales leadership. • Partner with operations and enablement teams to automate routine inbound response and triage, preserve appropriate follow-up and exception handling, and focus seller capacity on industry-aligned outbound development. What we need to see: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 12+ overall years of overall sales experience in enterprise technology, including sales development, account development, business development, or field sales. • 5+ years of experience directly leading, coaching, and developing a sales, sales development, or account development team. • Strong demonstrated coaching skills, including customer discovery, field-sales and technical-team engagement, direct observation, actionable feedback, and sustained improvement in seller capability. • Experience managing performance and building individual development plans; ability to assess readiness for expanded responsibilities using demonstrated skills, judgment, and customer and business outcomes. • A track record of delivering against team quota and sales goals by aligning sales development with industry priorities and implementing outbound campaigns that generate relevant opportunities. • Experience collaborating with industry sales leaders, Account Managers, and Solution Architects, aligning partners without direct authority, and resolving day-to-day coverage and ownership issues. • Ability to prioritize accounts, allocate workload, and distinguish productive account developm
