About the role
• Prepares a detailed planning of testing periods as part of overall roadmap • Oversees test environment setup, data preparation, and test tool selection • Supports creation and improvement of test concept • Derives test scope out of Project/Deploy Scope • Oversees both manual and automated testing activities • Assists the team to plan and execute test management • Main point of contact for quality assurance across project • Manages risks and issues related to testing and quality assurance. • Active defect management together with testers and solution groups • Prepares testing reports and defect analysis for management review 80% • Drives continuous improvement (process optimization/standardization) • Identifies bottle neck and provide recommendation for digitalization 10% • Performance management for maintenance & support • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Test Management • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field. • Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams including Testers, Key Users, Process Experts, Automation Engineers, and Solution Team • Strong capability to identify, assess, escalate, and mitigate testing risks. • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams. • Experience supporting large-scale project implementations, releases, or transformations is an advantage • Knowledge with SAP R3 and SAP4Hana is a plus Kindly attach your resume in your application.
