About the role
Technical Capacity Management Plan, implement & continually develop a manufacturing value addition flow with resources e.g. space, MAE, testing, handling, etc., capable of consistently manufacturing, measuring, monitoring, validating and delivering products that meets all engineering, regulatory & requirements of the customer. Manufacturing Capacity / Capability - TEK, CpK, Ergo, safety compliance to meet customer requirements Value stream Planning Monitor internal & external requirements (e.g. BU, Plant, VS, BP, customer), true north and VS vision, collaborate with Cross Functional stake holders to identify, monitor & drive projects to lead Value stream towards a future state, progressively raise efficiency & achieve operational excellence. Delivery Performance, TRLT, TCT, MAE Utilisation. Control Of Production Processes Establish, document & develop the release of processes (e.g. CpK study, PPAP, etc), controls to manage processes (e.g. control plans, work instructions, SPC, etc), methods to track & monitor customer requirements, reaction to non-conforming parts (e.g. reaction plan) to ensure defect free products.
