The Regional Sales Director, HIV Treatment LAI, NYC/NJ/PA  will lead a regional commercial sales team, in the treatment  injectable space, focused on improving patient access and care across the Northeast region. You will hire, coach, and inspire your team while working closely with colleagues in medical, market access, marketing, and operations. These responsibilities include some of the following: • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team to meet growth and access goals. • Translate regional strategy into clear local plans with measurable objectives and priorities. • Build and maintain strong external relationships with health systems, clinics, specialty pharmacies, and other key customers. • Collaborate with internal partners in medical, market access, marketing, and operations to align regional execution. • Use data and local insights to adapt tactics, drive performance, and report outcomes. • Ensure compliant, ethical execution of all activities and manage regional risk. ​ Why You?
