About the role
Would you like to help shape the future of printed circuit board technologies in autonomous driving? Then join our team and contribute to the investigation and evaluation of new printed circuit board materials. • During your assignment, you will focus on the higher demands on printed circuit board technologies, which lead to higher stress on materials and design elements. • Additionally, you will conduct experiments using thermomechanical analysis (TMA) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), analyze specimens by metallographic cross-sectioning and optical microscopy, and evaluate the experimental results using Microsoft software tools. • Finally, you will statistically evaluate the results obtained from the experiments. • Education: studies in a technical, natural sciences, or comparable field • Experience and Knowledge: experience in conducting DMA and TMA analyses; knowledge of metallographic cross-sectioning and optical microscopy; proficient use of MS Office for the evaluation of experimental results • Personality and Working Practice: you approach tasks with initiative and a sense of responsibility, work independently and in a structured manner, and contribute to projects with a strong team-oriented mindset • Work Routine: as the role mainly involves laboratory activities, your on-site presence is required • Languages: fluent in German and English Start: according to prior agreement Duration: 6 months We offer you • 35 hours/week with flextime • a permanent contact person who will accompany you during your internship • a modern working environment, as well as mobile working by arrangement • the opportunity to become part of our student network students@bosch Stuttgart • discounts in our company restaurants Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university.
