About the team + role We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency, it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards. What if fans could be more than spectators? This is one of the fastest-growing, most strategically important areas of the business, and the team is moving fast. As Senior Product Designer for Sports, you'll own end-to-end design for the sports vertical within Prediction Markets — from early concept through live launch. You'll shape how fans experience sports trading flows, amplifier events, and engagement features tied to the biggest moments in sports. It's zero-to-one work with executive visibility, real stakes, and an audience that's genuinely excited about what you're building. What you bring • 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual craft and end-to-end product thinking. • Proven experience designing and launching new or early-stage products — you're comfortable with zero-to-one and know how to drive work forward without a fully defined path. • The ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders, and make confident design decisions. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you work well with product, engineering, and operations partners and know how to align diverse perspectives towa
