About the role

Responsible for leading the sourcing strategy and execution for specialized machinery projects, managing procurement requirements end-to-end, from the identification of the need through the receipt of materials in the assembly area, ensuring compliance with the project's cost, quality, and delivery objectives. Manages the supply of materials and services that comprise the Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects, including national and international commercial electrical and mechanical components, custom-designed fabricated parts, as well as engineering, manufacturing, assembly, programming, automation, logistics, and packaging services. Acts as the primary interface between Engineering, Project Management, Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing, and suppliers, ensuring the timely availability of the resources required for successful project execution, while optimizing the assigned budget and maximizing value generation for the organization. Responsible for conducting supplier selection and development processes in accordance with corporate compliance, ethics, transparency, and fair competition guidelines, identifying and mitigating supply risks that may impact business objectives.
