About the role

Job Details: Job Description: The responsibilities include but not be limited to: • Managing the overall package design electrical work including the schedule and key milestones. Work with different stakeholders to ensure the work is on track and meets the electrical performance requirement. • Gathering the inputs requirement from customers. • Performing electrical analysis that includes signal integrity analysis and power delivery analysis. • Providing recommendations/solutions in the package design parameters to meet the electrical requirements. • Publish the electrical design reports and get the sign-offs from customers. • Continuously improve in the electrical analysis work by coming up with innovations or driving efficiencies that helps improve cost, schedule, efficiency and/or quality for the design that ultimately add value to our company. Qualifications: • Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
