The pay range is $135,000.00 - $243,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. This role is primarily focused on Product Detail Page (PDP) content, Owned Brand packaging, and related product storytelling, leading leaders and teams responsible for delivering high-quality, guest focused content at scale. You'll foster an inclusive, high-performing culture while driving operational excellence, innovation, and exceptional creative outcomes. Working closely with fellow Directors, Sr. Directors, and enterprise leaders, you'll shape production strategies that position the organization to meet evolving creative, marketing, and business needs. You'll strategically evolve Creative Producing capabilities by building scalable operating models, advancing production standards and best practices, and cultivating a best-in-class network of external creative production partners. Through strong partnerships with agencies, production companies, creators, technology partners, and production service providers, you'll expand what's possible creatively while delivering quality, efficiency, and value. You'll leverage your industry expertise to identify innovative production opportunities and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools
