Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services (BGS), is seeking a Software Application Tester working full-time hybrid position in the San Diego, CA St. Louis, MO or San Luis Obispo, CA office. In this position you be responsible for software testing service, completion and decisions at the release and product level. You will join an agile cross-functional team that supports your skill development and successful software delivery. Position Responsibilities: · Verification & validation of software via automated & manual functional & non-functional testing · Test case configuration, creation, maintenance, and execution · Defect reporting, triage, and confirmation · Test cycle planning, monitoring, and reporting for software releases · Internal and external stakeholder communication of software and testing status · Support for adoption of continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., training, tools, processes) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): · Bachelor’s Degree · 1+ year(s) of software troubleshooting experience Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) : · Completed STEM Bachelor’s Degree or higher · 2+ years of software troubleshooting experience · 1+ Automated testing & scripting experience · 1+ Agile Software Development Lifecycle experience Drug Free Workplace: We are a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
