A Day in the Life The Neurovascular business develops minimally invasive technologies used in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, and other complex neurovascular conditions. The portfolio includes embolization, revascularization, and access solutions that support physicians across the stroke care pathway and enable improved patient outcomes. This field-based commercial role supports customers across Finland and selected accounts in Northern Sweden. The position requires regular travel throughout the territory, including attendance in angiography suites, interventional radiology departments, and other procedural environments. The role partners closely with healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams to drive clinical adoption, customer success, and business growth. The Territory Manager, Neurovascular is responsible for driving business growth across Finland and Northern Sweden through strategic account management, clinical support, and customer engagement. The role combines commercial accountability with hands-on clinical support, partnering with healthcare professionals to expand access to neurovascular therapies and support the adoption of new technologies. Primary Responsibilities · Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales objectives and increase market share across Finland and Northern Sweden. · Build and maintain relationships with interventional neuroradiologists, neurosurgeons, stroke physicians, nursing teams, procurement stakeholders, and hospital leadership. · Identify growth opportunities through strategic account planning, customer analysis, and territory prioritization. · Provide clinical and technical support during procedures, product evaluations, and customer training activities. · Deliver product education, demonstrations, and in-service training to healthcare professionals. · Support adoption of new technologies by developing clinical champions and facilitating customer engagement initiatives. · Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Medical Education, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other cross-functional partners to achieve business objectives. · Maintain accurate forecasts, account plans, customer activities, inventory records, and opportunities within customer relationship management systems. Required Qualifications · Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent with medical device sales, clinical support, or healthcare experience. · Experience supporting customers in a clinical healthcare environment or within the medical device industry. · Fluent Finnish and English language skills, Swedish is an advantage. · Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout Finland and Northern Sweden. · Experience presenting clinical or technical information to healthcare professionals. Preferred Qualifications · Experience in Neurovascular, Interventional Radiology, Endovascular, Stroke, Neurosurgery, or Cardiovascular medical device markets. · Knowledge of neuroanatomy, stroke pathways, and neurovascular treatment techniques. · Experience working in angiography suites, interventional radiology departments, operating rooms, or other procedural settings. ·
