A Day in the Life The Coronary vascular and Renal denervation (CRDN) portfolio is focused on advancing patient care through innovative therapies that address complex cardiac conditions. Within the Medical Education function, this role is responsible for developing and executing physician education strategies that support the safe, effective, and evidence-based adoption of CRDN therapies across the ACEE region. The position partners closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver high-quality educational initiatives aligned with clinical practice needs and business priorities. Supporting stakeholders across the ACEE region, this role leads the planning and execution of physician education programmes, including workshops, symposia, proctorships, and hands-on training. The position also drives faculty engagement, educational content development, learning outcome measurement, and programme optimisation to strengthen clinical competency, enhance physician engagement, and support long-term therapy adoption. Travel is required for this position . Primary Responsibilities: • Develop and execute regional medical education strategies aligned with CRDN therapy and business objectives • Design and deliver physician education programs including workshops, symposia, proctorships, and hands-on training courses • Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, and Compliance teams to identify and address educational needs • Create and maintain evidence-based educational content, curricula, learning pathways, and training materials • Build and manage relationships with faculty members, physician trainers, and training centres to support programme delivery • Evaluate programme effectiveness through participation metrics, knowledge transfer assessments, and learning outcomes • Track educational impact on clinical engagement and therapy adoption to identify continuous improvement opportunities • Lead regional medical education initiatives and coordinate project execution across multiple stakeholders and countries. Required Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience OR Associate's Degree with 6+ years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in clinical training, medical education, field clinical support, field sales, or the medical device/healthcare industry • Experience developing and delivering clinical or technical education programmes for healthcare professionals • Experience managing education or training projects from programme design through implementation • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business and educational objectives • Experience analysing programme performance and implementing improvements based on outcomes and feedback. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in interventional cardiology, or related cardiovascular therapies • Experience designing physician education curricula, learning methodologies, and competency-based training programmes • Experience working with physician faculty, key opinion leaders, and external healthcare professional networks • Experience measuring training effectiveness, clinical engagement, and therapy adoption metrics • Experience leading regional or multinational medical education initiatives.
