Visit our website to learn more about GM Energy – gmenergy.gm.com What You’ll Do The Group Product Manager, CRM Platforms will own the strategy, vision, roadmap, and delivery of GM Energy’s CRM capabilities, including Salesforce and AI-enabled solutions. This role will manage the end-to-end customer journey within CRM—from sales lead generation, capture, qualification, and opportunity management through order handoff, onboarding, service, support, and customer care. The role will define how Salesforce scales with the business, establishing a durable product strategy, operating model, architecture principles, and prioritization framework that support GM Energy’s growth. The Group Product Manager will lead the evolution of Salesforce as a connected platform across Sales, Marketing, Operations, eCommerce, Order Management, and Customer Experience. The ideal candidate has enabled multiple business processes on the Salesforce platform, delivered effective working solutions, and translated business needs into scalable products, dashboards, reports, and operating processes. They are customer-centered, data-driven, and always looking for ways to make products and services better, faster, and more user-friendly. This position reports to the Director, Software Products, GM Energy. • Own and manage the Salesforce CRM product portfolio, including strategy, vision, roadmap, investment priorities, and delivery of capabilities across the end-to-end customer journey. • Lead, mentor, and empower Product Managers to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned to organizational Objectives and Key Results, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high-quality delivery. • Define and continuously evolve the CRM strategy and product vision to scale Salesforce with GM Energy’s growth, business model, customer base, and operating complexity. • Establish a connected CRM experience from sales lead generation and capture through lead management, opportunity progression, order handoff, fulfillment, onboarding, service, support, and customer care. • Develop, lead, and manage the portfolio of work required to deliver Salesforce CRM capabilities and measurable business outcomes. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Customer Care leaders to align CRM capabilities with business goals and customer needs. • Drive prioritization and business requirements gathering with technical and functional teams, leveraging agile product development practices. • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure solutions are delivered with high quality and aligned to product outcomes. • Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities, platform features, integrations, and industry practices; provide a clear point of view across business, customer, and technology considerations. • Coordinate the full CRM product lifecycle, including discovery, planning, design, delivery, re
