Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer for the Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GN&C) team. This position is located in Roy, Utah and supports the Sentinel program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. What You’ll Get To Do: • The selected candidate will perform technical planning, system requirement development, requirements verification, architecture and support reviews. • The candidate responsibilities will include requirements development in DOORS and MBSE development in Cameo in addition to coordination with design, test, and other teams • The selected candidate will demonstrate technical skills, organization, be an effective communicator, and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • The candidate will demonstrate a commitment to ethics and integrity, and the capability to innovate. They will have an ability to operate in a team environment and collaborate across the program as required to accomplish tasks • The selected candidate may support Guidance & Control Support Equipment requirements, verification, interfaces, architecture, and/or Major Program Event (MPE) event coordination BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline with a minimum 2 years of related experience; 0 years with a Master’s • Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance , at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need • Must have experience across the systems engineering lifecycle, including Requirements development and decomposition, Requirements management and traceability, Verification & validation planning and execution • Must have experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, or similar) • Must have experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to customers or leadership Preferred Qualifications • Experience with one or more of the following disciplines: Guidance, Na
