This position will be located at Roy, UT to support the Sentinel (GBSD) program in the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure. This position may be filled at a higher level based on qualifications below.   Roles and Responsibilities • Responsible for performing system security vulnerability assessment and risk mitigation for the overall program and communicate those results to relevant stakeholders. • Support the SSE Risk Assessment Team in the execution of Program Initiatives. • Reviews and recommend system security designs to relevant stakeholders; additionally, you will assess and propose mitigations to system security vulnerabilities and risks throughout the program life cycle. • Execute completion Statement of Work requirements, Program Milestone Exit Criteria, and program maturity commitments. • Self-starters compelled to act in the workplace without requiring prompting from supervisors. • Support MDT with other duties as assigned. • This role may require 10% travel Basic Qualifications This position may be filled at a Systems Engineer level or at a Principal Systems Engineer level • Requires a bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university with 2 years of related experience; or a master’s degree with 1 year of related experience (Principal level requires 5 years with a bachelor's; or 3 years with a master's) • Must be a US Citizen with an active US Government Secret Security Clearance with investigation in the last 6 years or in Continuous Evaluation (CE) and ability to obtain & maintain Top Secret clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval
