About the role
NVIDIA Networking is looking for Senior Software Technical Program Manager to join the Israeli team. As a TPM You will have an overall responsibility for managing end-to-end programs, planning, and execution of FW & SW projects. This role will include direct communication with R&D leaders, executives, HW, Chip Design all relevant stakeholders to drive the program delivery while aligning with corporate priorities and constraints for powering NVIDIA’s next-generation AI data centers. At NVIDIA, we’re constantly innovating - shaping the future of AI networking and accelerating the world’s data like never before What you'll be doing: • Own and lead multiple networking software Switch related programs powering NVIDIA’s next-generation AI data centers. • Orchestrate cross-functionally among Israeli and global marketing , engineering, and operations teams from initial requirements through architecture stage, execution, and delivery • Drive feature planning and prioritization to ensure program goals and product capabilities meet schedule and quality targets • Identify and resolve risks, gaps, and bottlenecks through collaboration with technical, program leaders and executive management • Matrix management of inbound teams to ensure consistent alignment with NVIDIA’s strategic direction and product goals What we need to see: • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience, MBA – advantage. • 8+ years of experience in software program or project management or leadership • Strong expertise in software project management methodologies and tools (such as Jira/TFS/Redmine, MS Excel, MS Project, AI tools prefered) • Experience managing multidisciplinary software development over hardware and/or silicon products • Self-driven team player with strong ownership, accountability, and a proactive ‘can-do’ approach; capable of leading people and driving complex tasks in parallel • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to clearly convey complex information to engineers and executives • Ability and willingness to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment and collaborate across time zones Ways to stand out from the crowd: • Ability to conduct technical discussions • Software networking background • Experience running multiple programs or releases in parallel within global, cross-functional organizations • Experience with large-scale programs • Familiarity with Agile software development principles and frameworks If you're creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you!
