The Robinhood Money team is responsible for building and scaling banking products that help customers safely store, move, and manage their money. The team partners closely with product, engineering, legal, operations, and external bank partners to deliver compliant, reliable, and customer-first financial solutions. As Money Compliance Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Robinhood embeds regulatory compliance for its expanding suite of banking products, as well as future products. You will participate in multiple compliance functions to support the administration of our compliance management system. In this role, you will analyze regulatory changes, review marketing and customer disclosures, and provide clear compliance guidance to product teams. You will also collaborate with bank sponsors and partner teams to manage regulatory requests and examinations. Your efforts will directly safeguard our platform and enhance our customer experience. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA; New York City, NY; Washington DC office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. What you’ll do • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to support the design, launch, and iteration of new banking products, features, and process changes to ensure adherence to applicable banking and consumer protection regulations. • Perform compliance risk assessments of relevant regulations, such as UDAAP, Reg E, Reg DD, etc. • Review marketing materials, customer communications, and disclosures for regulatory compliance. • Coordinate due diligence requests and ongoing compliance activities with sponsor banks and other third-party partners. • Own, maintain, and continuously improve banking compliance policies, procedures, and controls to align with internal standards as well as external regulatory and partner expectations • Lead regulatory, partner, and internal audits related to banking products, including preparation, response coordination, and remediation tracking. What You'll Bring • 7+ years of experience in financial services compliance, with deep experience in banking and fintech environments. • Hands-on experience working with bank partners and engaging with state and federal regulatory agencies. • Strong knowledge of applicable banking and consumer protection regulatory frameworks, including Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP), the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA), the Truth in Savings Act (TISA), and money transmission laws. • Demonstrated ability to design and scale compliance programs for consumer financial products in a high-growth, technology-driven environment. • Ability to navigate ambiguity, apply sound judgment, and communicate clearly on compl
