About the role
The role Provide broad-based financial controlling support across the Indirect Controlling team's full scope — budget, indirect personnel costs, indirect procurement, business partnering, month-end close, and process improvement — flexing capacity to wherever the team needs it, rather than owning a single dedicated business unit. What you’ll do • Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close across indirect cost areas, including both personnel and procurement • Assist with indirect personnel cost reporting • Support indirect procurement spend analysis and savings tracking alongside the Senior Indirect Cost Controller • Provide business partnering support to BU owners on the team as needed • Contribute to recurring reporting packs and process/automation improvement initiatives • Support ad hoc financial analysis and business cases as needed What you’ll bring • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field is preferred • Some experience in controlling, FP&A, or a similar finance role (entry-level candidates with strong fundamentals considered) • Strong Excel/data skills; experience with BI/reporting/A.I. tools a plus • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities • Process-improvement mindset — interested in automating and streamlining reporting • Fluent English; additional languages a plus What we offer • Health - You’re covered from your first day with private health insurance. • Flexible Working - We work in-office 3 days a week to align on goals, with flexible hours to support work-life balance and personal needs • Time Off - You receive 26 days of paid vacation each year, providing you time to rest and recharge. • Learning and Development - An annual Learning & Development budget and a Mentoring Program to support your ongoing professional growth. • Employee Referral Program - Our team members can take part in our internal employee referral program and receive a bonus for recommending successful candidates to open roles. • Daily Comforts - Free coffee, drinks, and fresh fruit are available to keep you refreshed throughout the day.
