Within this environment, the Skan.AI platform serves as a critical process intelligence capability for understanding work, identifying opportunities for simplification, and enabling better operational and experience outcomes. This role provides operational engineering support, technical coordination, and platform enablement services that help ensure the successful adoption, reliability, and ongoing use of the Skan.AI ecosystem across the enterprise. The individual will be responsible for maintaining platform reliability, coordinating technical activities, supporting business onboarding, resolving operational issues, managing integrations, and driving technical follow-through across stakeholders, vendors, and enterprise technology teams. Success in this role requires a combination of engineering expertise, operational ownership, and proactive coordination to ensure business teams can effectively leverage process intelligence capabilities.
