As a Lead ICB Pricing Manager, you will negotiate favorable prices, terms and conditions for major ICB (Individual Case Basis) customer pricing contracts. Key Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for the negotiation of favorable prices, terms and conditions of major contracts while ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations. • Works with the sales team to determine the service scope, service objective, and sales messages that make up the proposed solution to maximize the financial outcome. • Creates the value proposition, the business case, pricing, terms and conditions. Primary focus is to project manage the sales process, working with all key players, to deliver a proposal to the client that will secure the contract. • Typically works on long lifecycle deal development. • Develops the overall commercial, technical, and financial framework for the arrangement, which may include a highly creative pricing model with moderately complex risk/reward sharing schemes. • Communicates and resolves problems with internal support groups such as sales teams, proposal team, product development team, and finance/costing team. • Responsible for the more complex cost analyses and audits associated with the cost function. • Works on complex cost problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. • Provides functional advice and training to less-experienced cost managers. • Develops resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity. • Considered an expert within the discipline. Education: • A bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience. Experience: • 5–7 years of relevant experience with complex pricing/cost and financial analysis. • Experience with pre-sales negotiations, proposal development, contracts/T&Cs, and cross-functional collaboration. • Strong Excel/data modeling, analytical, communication, negotiation, organization, and time-management skills. • Ability to deliver accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
