About the role
The Product Management team drives Asana’s product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. We’re helping to define the Work Management category and inventing new ways for teams to work more efficiently together and see the larger purpose behind their work. Our team works directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great products. You’ll take part in every type of product work here — from strategy to product to process improvements — conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on Asana itself for millions of teams around the world. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Integrations Platform team and build the connective tissue between Asana and the broader tools, data systems, and developer ecosystem our customers rely on. On the Integrations Platform team, you’ll define the shared capabilities, architecture, and operating foundations that make integrations secure, reliable, and scalable, including integrations for AI teammates. You're a technical product leader who's genuinely comfortable in the weeds of API design, connectivity architecture, and backend systems, and who knows how to navigate the nuances of a platform partnership from technical scoping through go-to-market, working with technology partners. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and are excited to partner with engineering, design, user research, product marketing, product leadership, and the rest of our PM team. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements. What you’ll achieve • Own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for Asana’s integrations platform, connecting customer needs and business outcomes to scalable capabilities and differentiated experiences across ecosystem partners. • Work closely with engineering to deliver reliable integration experiences, reasoning through APIs, authentication, connectivity, data flows, backend dependencies, and the trade-offs involved in building, partnering, and operating integrations at scale. • Improve how customers discover, connect, configure, and get value from integrations, including relevant data onboarding, ingestion, synchronization, and processing experiences. • Partner with design, research, data, and go-to-market teams to discover customer problems, ship iteratively, and measure outcomes such as integration adoption, reliability, time to onboard or reach value, retention, and growth. • Manage vendor and partnership relationships end-to-end, from technical scoping to commercial and GTM alignment, understanding what makes a platform partnership actually work. About you • 6+ years of product management experience, with a track record of launching and growing products in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, data platforms, developer platforms, or integrations. • Technical fluency with APIs, connectivity, and backend systems; comfortable reasoning with engineers about architecture trade-offs, not just writing requirements. • Experience building or managing integrations and platform partnerships, including aligning roadmaps, navigating constraints and dependencies, and balancing customer needs with platform/vendor considerations. • Proven ability to manage the technical, commercial, and g
