Über die Position Werde Teil von GROPYUS und übernimm die Führung beim Aufbau einer erstklassigen Cost-Optimization-Funktion für unsere Gebäudesysteme. An der Schnittstelle von Produktentwicklung, Engineering, Fertigung, Einkauf und Bauausführung gestaltest du die Kostenwettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Produkte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg. Als Head of Cost Optimization / Building Systems definierst du Strategie, Methoden und Governance für die Kostenoptimierung unseres Produktportfolios. Du schaffst ein datenbasiertes Verständnis der Kostentreiber, identifizierst Potenziale zur Wertsteigerung und stellst sicher, dass Kostenaspekte von der ersten Konzeptphase bis zur industrialisierten Umsetzung in sämtliche Produkt- und Systementscheidungen integriert werden. Diese strategische Führungsrolle richtet sich an eine Persönlichkeit, die fundierte Expertise im Kostenmanagement mit ausgeprägtem technischem, industriellem und kaufmännischem Verständnis verbindet. Du baust die Cost-Optimization-Funktion auf und weiter aus, hinterfragst bestehende Annahmen und gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der Gebäudesysteme von GROPYUS. Dein Aufgabenbereich umfasst: • Definition und Führung der Cost-Optimization-Strategie für den Bereich Building Systems, um Kostenwettbewerbsfähigkeit, Skalierbarkeit und Wertschöpfung über das gesamte Produktportfolio hinweg sicherzustellen • Gemeinsame Entwicklung und Implementierung von Design-to-Cost-, Should-Costing-, Value-Engineering- und Target-Costing-Methoden in den Bereichen Produktentwicklung, Fertigung, Einkauf und Bauausführung • Systematische Identifikation, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Kostenoptimierungspotenzialen für Gebäudesysteme, Komponenten, Materialien und Schnittstellen • Aufbau transparenter Kostenmodelle und Feedbackschleifen, um kontinuierliches Lernen aus geplanten und tatsächlich realisierten Kosten zu ermöglichen • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Cost-Optimization-Teams sowie Etablierung klarer Standards, Prozesse und Kompetenzen zur Unterstützung des Unternehmenswachstums • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften aus Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Construction und R&D, um Kostenbewusstsein in strategischen und operativen Entscheidungen zu verankern Über dich Minimale Voraussetzungen • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Cost Engineering, Produktkalkulation, Value Engineering, Kostenoptimierung oder einer vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Führungsfunktion, idealerweise in der Bau- oder Bauzulieferindustrie • Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Leitung funktionsübergreifender Kostenreduktionsprogramme mit messbarem wirtschaftlichem Mehrwert • Fundiertes Verständnis komplexer Produkt- und Systemkostenstrukturen einschließlic
