Enablement / Training Manager Help shape the future of AI-driven enablement in financial services Aveni is redefining how financial institutions use AI. We build real, production-ready agentic systems that reshape how banks, advisers, and financial services firms operate, replacing fragmented processes with intelligent, end-to-end workflows. Recognised as Fintech of the Year for two consecutive years, Aveni powers compliance monitoring, adviser guidance, and AI automation across regulated environments. We are seeking an Enablement / Training Manager to plan and deliver the training that turns new users of Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect into confident, everyday power users. The Role You’ll be the engine room of a growing enablement team. You’ll run training for client users, organise schedules and agendas, secure time in busy diaries, and nurture people from first login to everyday use. With thousands of users using Aveni, and enterprise clients with thousands of advisers, there is real scale and impact to this role. What You’ll Be Doing • Deliver Engaging Training: Run onboarding, refresher, and new feature sessions (both online and in person) for financial advisers and their support teams. • Organise Delivery at Scale: Build and manage training schedules, agendas, and invitations, ensuring busy, revenue-generating professionals have clear pathways to attend. • Nurture & Drive Adoption: Follow up after training sessions, identify users who need extra support, and help embed Aveni tools into daily workflows. • Manage New-Joiner Onboarding: Maintain a steady, scalable onboarding path for new starters across client firms. • Maintain & Author Content: Keep user guides, video walkthroughs, and LMS courses up to date, including the official Aveni Certification program. • Track & Report Telemetry: Monitor attendance, completion rates, and adoption metrics, sharing actionable insights with Customer Success and Product teams. What We’re Looking For Essential Experience & Competencies • Software Training & Adoption: Proven track record of training users on software platforms and actively nurturing them into regular, long-term habits. • Operational & Logistical Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing complex schedules, agendas, and logistics across multiple cohort groups simultaneously. • High-Energy Facilitation: Confident, engaging communicator in both digital and face-to-face environments with strong audience rapport. • Stakeholder Management: Comfortable interacting directly with client end-users, team leads, and senior managers. • Rapid Learner: Ability to quickly master complex technical concepts and explain them simply and concisely. Nice to Have • Wealth Management / FS Background: Experience as a paraplanner, adviser, or adviser support professional. If you have this domain background and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply even with less formal software-training experience. • LMS & Content Tools: Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration or content authoring software. • Regulated Sector Experience: Familiarity with financial services, compliance, or other regulated B2B SaaS environments. • Scale-Up Mindset: Prior experience working within a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
