Head of Enablement Do you love building something from scratch, and turning busy professionals into confident users of cutting-edge technology? We’re looking for a Head of Enablement to build and lead the function that educates thousands of users on Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect . Our clients buy Aveni for their advice and compliance teams and your job is to win them over with programmes that are engaging, scalable, and genuinely useful. About Aveni Aveni is an award-winning technology company. We use advanced AI to enable scalable efficiency for financial services companies, combining world-leading Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) expertise with deep financial services domain experience to drive enterprise-wide productivity. We’re using the latest in AI to automate and innovate, empowering businesses to achieve exceptional productivity and compliance outcomes. About the Role This is a build role. Our user base has grown to thousands of users on Assist alone, and a single client can have 2,500 users to train. You’ll design how enablement works at Aveni - the processes, standards, tooling, and team structure - and maybe even launch an Aveni Certification across different user types. Core Focus Allocation • 60% Framework & Process: Process design, programme architecture, and training automation. • 20% Team Leadership: Hiring, coaching, and scaling your enablement team. • 20% Hands-On Delivery: High-impact in-person and online training execution if we hit capacity What You’ll Be Doing • Enablement Strategy: Own enablement for Assist and Detect , defining what great looks like for each user type and customer segment. • Aveni Certification: Design and launch programmes featuring LMS courses, quizzes, and digital badges aligned to our delivery model. • Scalable Programmes: Build onboarding, new-joiner, refresher, and feature-launch training that reaches thousands of users with minimal manual effort. • Blended Delivery: Run in-person and online training, delivering critical sessions yourself where it matters most or where we have hit capacity. • Operating Model: Set the operational processes, scheduling rhythm, and quality expectations for the team. • Measurement & Analytics: Track engagement, completion, adoption, and competency, using data to continuously improve outcomes. • Team Leadership: Hire, coach, and grow a high-performing team • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Sales. What We’re Looking For • Function Builder: Proven experience building an enablement, training, or customer education function and establishing its operational model. • Training Manager Background: Strong hands-on experience delivering training both in person and online. • Enterprise Certification Design: Experience designing programmes or certifications in an LMS for thousands of end users. • B2B2C / Large-Scale Adoption: Experience enabling the end users of enterprise client organisations at scale. • Customer Adoption Journeys: Proven track record running customer-facing onboarding and adoption journeys. • Key Attributes: Quick-thinking, emotionally intelligent, customer-obsessed, and process-driven. Nice to Have • Experience with both high-touch and self-serve enablement models. • Financial services, wealth management, or regulated industry experience. • Background in automating customer training journeys. • Scale-up or start-up experience.
