Job Description: Job Family Definition Supports and, with experience, may lead teams through the engineering development and implementation process for company products and service offerings. Projects are generally shorter-term, less complex, and more contained, with defined objectives and timelines. Programs may be longer-term and include multiple functions or projects with complex requirements. Supports the coordination of activities, resources, schedules, budgets, and cross-company communications to help complete products and projects on schedule and within budget. Works with management to identify opportunities to improve process and program efficiency. Work may involve external parties, and internal partners. Management Level Definition: Contributes to limited-scope assignments by applying concepts and theoretical knowledge gained through training, education, or previous experience. Acts as a team member by providing information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team objectives. Exercises independent judgment within established guidelines and defined parameters. Responsibilities: ·   Supports one or more projects involving one or more functions and contributes to the development and implementation process for service operations. ·   Develops portions of project documentation in accordance with established plans and detailed specifications, including budgets, resource allocation plans, schedules, and other project-support materials. ·   Supports project communications by preparing status reports and summaries, tracking issues and escalations through resolution, coordinating stakeholder meetings and updates, and maintaining project documentation. ·   Builds effective working relationships with internal and cross-functional project teams supporting product development and manufacturing. ·   Coordinates resources within a predefined workstream or area and escalates risks, issues, and decisions when appropriate. ·   Applies established project-management processes, tools, and templates to support project execution. Education and Experience Required ·   Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. ·   Typically 0–2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge and Skills: ·   Familiarity with project-planning tools and software applications. ·   Basic analytical and problem-solving skills. ·   Strong written and verbal communication skills. ·   Ability to organize information, track actions, meet deadlines, and work effectively with global cross-functional teams. ·   Proficiency in English and, where required, the local language.
