About the Job HPE Networking is seeking a motivated Business Development Technology Alliances Intern to support business development, partnership development, deal structuring, and contract negotiations with HPE Networking technology alliance partners. In this role, you will help advance HPE Networking’s growth strategy by developing partnerships and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service. You will help align stakeholders on the deliverables and decisions required to successfully execute strategic partnerships. You will support partner targeting, business-case development, deal structuring, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management for priority solution areas identified as important to HPE Networking’s growth strategy. This role reports to the Vice President of Business Development responsible for Technology Alliances. About the Team You will join the Business Development Technology Alliances team within HPE Networking’s Strategy and Business Development organization. The team leads the planning, analysis, and execution of technology alliance and solution programs across HPE Networking’s portfolio, including routing, switching, security, wireless LAN, and software solutions. Responsibilities In this role, you will collaborate closely with product-line managers, engineering leads, finance partners, legal counsel, and other business functions to support strategic partnerships and deliver business results. Responsibilities may include: • Partnering with HPE Corporate Strategy, Product Management, and Field Solutions teams to identify and prioritize target solutions and potential partners. • Developing strategic assessments for potential partnerships, including their role in long-term build, buy, or partner decisions. • Supporting the development of business cases, including financial and P&L impact analyses, for technology alliance opportunities such as OEM, resale, licensing, joint development, and joint venture arrangements. • Preparing partnership plans and communicating key recommendations, milestones, and decisions to relevant stakeholders. • Coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking milestone deliverables from opportunity assessment through deal completion. • Supporting contract negotiations with technology alliance partners, including internal alignment on key business and commercial terms in partnership with HPE Legal. • Conducting market, partner, and competitive analysis to inform alliance strategy and investment decisions. • Developing financial models, presentations, and executive-ready recommendations. • Supporting additional strategic initiatives and analyses related to HPE Networking’
