Job Description: This requisition may be classified as on desk or hybrid depending on location and role. Job Description: Supports the enablement and operational execution of technology partnerships for HPE Networking. Coordinates cross-functional activities required to make partner products and solutions available on the HPE price list. Works with stakeholders across finance, support, sales, product management, order processing, supply chain, and other business functions to help ensure partner readiness, accurate data, effective processes, and successful execution. Management Level Definition: Contributes to assignments of limited scope by applying business, technical, operational, and program management concepts acquired through specialized training, education, or previous experience. Acts as a team member by providing information, analysis, coordination, and recommendations in support of partnership and operational enablement activities. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters. Responsibilities: • Supports the onboarding and operational enablement of HPE Networking technology partners and partner solutions for inclusion on the HPE price list. • Coordinates cross-functional activities with finance, technical support, sales, product management, order processing, supply chain, and other HPE stakeholders. • Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, action-item trackers, status reports, and other program management materials. • Collects, organizes, and validates partner, product, pricing, support, ordering, and supply chain information required for partner readiness. • Tracks milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions; escalates concerns and follows up on required actions. • Documents business processes, operational requirements, workflows, and readiness criteria for technology partner enablement. • Participates as a member of a cross-functional project team to support reliable, efficient, and high-quality partner onboarding and commercialization activities. • Identifies process gaps and supports continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, visibility, and scalability. • Prepares presentations, dashboards, meeting materials, and communications for project and stakeholder reviews. Intern Education & Experience Required: Working towards a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree with a focus in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or equivalent. Knowledge and Skills: • Experience or understanding of program management, project coordination, business operations, engineering operations, or process improvement. • Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Understanding of cross-functional business processes, product commercialization, technology partnerships, or supply chain operations.
