Title and Summary Manager Software Engineering Overview Leads a team of software engineers delivering enterprise integration solutions across cloud-based platforms while remaining hands-on in Core Java development, software architecture, automation, and delivery. Provides technical leadership while actively contributing to complex engineering initiatives, including Java application development, automation strategy, test automation frameworks, and scalable solution delivery. Drives large-scale initiatives and ensures high-quality, secure, reliable, and automated software delivery aligned to business priorities. Shapes engineering strategy, fosters an enterprise mindset, and leads teams through complexity and change while maintaining a strong focus on execution and customer outcomes.
