Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Global Supply Chain Staff Project Management to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Beavercreek, OH . The selected candidate will Integrate across Program Management, Engineering, and Business Management and act as the focal for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization. Essential Functions: • Acts as a GSC focal for various Program Managers, Business Managers, and engineering leads • Accurately builds/presents program-level leadership briefings focused on parts status and critical program milestones • Ensure consistency in GSC processes • Assists with different GSC affordability initiatives • Integrates with the Dayton site Goods Movement and Property Management organizations • Assignments are complex and performed independently without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment. • Serves as consultant to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives. • Acts as an advisor to senior management and customers. The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels. Candidate must be an effective communicator and will be expected to build relationships across programs. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelors degree with 12+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Project Management; OR Masters degree with 10+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Project Management; OR a high school diploma/equivalent with 16+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Project Management in lieu of a bachelors degree • Must have an Active, In-Scope, U.S. Government Secret Security clearance or higher that has been granted / renewed within the past 5-6 years • Must have the ability to obtain/maintain program special access Preferred Qualifications: • Active, In-Scope, Top Secret DOD Security clearance or higher that has been granted / renewed within the past 5-6 years • SAP/EPS Knowledge • Subcontracts &/or Procurement Experience • CAM Experience • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of employee and management Primary Level Salary Range: $133,000.00 - $199,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
