Job Description Key Responsibilities Consulting & Business Problem Solving • Support consulting engagements by conducting structured research, analysis, and insight generation. • Break down complex business challenges and develop data-driven recommendations. • Conduct market, business, organizational, and competitive assessments to support strategic decision-making. • Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. Essential Requirements • Currently pursuing an MBA, PGDM, or equivalent postgraduate business degree from a recognized institution. • Strong analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to evaluate complex information and derive actionable insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong business presentation and storytelling skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT and other enterprise approved tools) for research, analysis, content development, and productivity enhancement. • Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and project coordination capabilities. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
