About the role
MKTQ427R47 Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, AWS & AI Partners Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, AWS & AI partners, will accelerate Databricks’ growth by turning strategic cloud and AI ISV partnerships into measurable demand, pipeline, and customer-adoption outcomes. This role connects partner strategy, joint messaging, campaigns, events, and field execution across AWS and strategic technology partners. Impact You’ll Make • Ensure the annual AWS joint marketing plan is delivering against agreed GTM priorities and assigned partner pipeline targets aligned to Databricks’ strategic products, including Genie, Unity Gateway, and Lakebase. • AWS Marketing Development Funds (MDF) are deployed through clear investment tiers, approval workflows, vendor governance, and ROI reporting that enables informed re-investment decisions. • Databricks’ presence at AWS re:Invent, AWS events, and related programs are producing agreed engagement, demand, and opportunity outcomes through coordinated events, content, demos, and activations. • AWS and strategic AI/ISV co-marketing programs are generating net-new demand and supporting active opportunities, with sourced and influenced pipeline traceable through deal registration, SFDC matching, and partner lead tracking. • Joint marketing plans, messaging, and customer-use-case campaigns with strategic AI/ISV partners are increasing awareness and creating demand for Databricks solutions. • Created content in joint-marketing plans are supported with solution briefs, integration use cases, campaign assets, and customer proof points that are adopted across relevant partner and field teams. • Product feature and integration launches with AI/ISV partners, along with at least six customer stories or joint announcements annually, are increasing market proof, partner activation, and customer adoption. • Partner marketing motions and communications are scalable across regions, with standardized campaign kits, enablement touchpoints, and engagement or adoption results tracked against agreed targets. What We Look For • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, or product marketing within enterprise software, cloud, or SaaS companies. • Demonstrated experience building and executing joint marketing programs with AWS or comparable cloud and technology partners, with measurable impact on pipeline, opportunities, or revenue. • Experience managing MDF, co-op funds, or joint marketing budgets, including investment governance and ROI measurement. • Experience translating cloud, data, AI/ML, data engineering, data warehousing, or analytics capabilities into differentiated joint messaging and customer use cases for technical and business audiences. • Proven ability to create customer-facing marketing content, including solution briefs, industry use cases, campaign assets, and customer proof points. • Strong program-management and cross-functional leadership experience, aligning Product Marketing, Partner Managers, Solution Architects,and Regional Marketing around shared goals. • Demonstrated ability to activate partners and customers through conferences, webinars, executive briefings, or other marketing forums using clear storytelling and data. • Track record of moving complex programs from strategy to execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while measuring progress against business outcomes. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-rela
