About the role
As part of our Plant Controlling team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment and contribute to both operational and digitalization topics. Your main responsibilities will include: • Support Plant Controlling activities, including standard unit costing, Bill of Materials (BOM) comparison, and material cost variance analysis. • Prepare routine cost tracking reports for plant management and department heads. • Assist in monitoring capital expenditures (CAPEX), investment depreciation, and internal project tracking. • Support PCOS (Planned Cost of Sales) calculations and related product cost evaluations. • Contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives and cost optimization projects across value streams. • Drive continuous improvement and digitalization projects using Power BI, Power Query, and emerging AI-based productivity tools. • Analyze operational and financial data to support the team in delivering data-driven insights and process improvements. • Master’s student, preferably studying Industrial Engineering • Prior internship experience in Plant/Financial Controlling or Production areas is strongly preferred. • Availability to work at least 4 days per week • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Excel VBA / Macros • Advanced level of English • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated and proactive working style • Strong eagerness to learn and develop • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive improvements
