About the Role: The Senior Sales Director is a recognized subject-matter expert on Pacvue's platform and the enterprise commerce landscape, responsible for leading strategic new business and deepening relationships with Pacvue's largest global clients. This senior individual contributor role is built for a highly motivated, consultative seller who leads on the most significant and unique enterprise sales challenges — often involving unprecedented deal structures or first-of-their-kind partnerships. The Senior Sales Director shapes how the broader sales org positions Pacvue's platform to top-tier accounts and sets the strategic direction for winning in the rapidly evolving commerce landscape. Responsibilities: • Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on Pacvue's platform and the enterprise commerce landscape, shaping how the broader sales org positions the product to top-tier accounts and prospects. • Independently define and evolve the enterprise sales approach for top-tier global accounts — from identification of account, to identification of correct contact, continued nurturing, demo, and closing — setting precedent that other team members follow. • Exercise independent judgment on strategic account decisions that influence revenue outcomes and go-to-market approach across the entire sales function, including retaining and growing revenue from Pacvue's largest existing global advertisers. • Lead on the most significant and unique enterprise sales challenges, often involving complex, high-stakes deal structures across practitioner to executive-level audiences. • Build formal relationships across product, marketing, and executive leadership to advance strategic deals, and mentor or direct other sales team members on enterprise deal strategy. • Utilize Sales CRM tools to track account information and sales progress, forecasting and prioritizing in ways that inform broader team strategy. • Maintain deep, evolving expertise in the e-commerce industry and competitive landscape, including competitive product offerings, to inform Pacvue's positioning. Skills & Qualifications: • Typically 12+ years of B2B and/or SaaS sales experience, including a track record of leading enterprise strategy for the largest, most strategic accounts. • Deep experience with sales CRM and prospecting tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach.io or like programs. • Demonstrated ability to build formal cross-functional networks and influence at the executive level. • Experience with paid search, eCommerce strongly preferred. • Proven ability to lead through highly dynamic, rapidly changing environments and set direction for others facing similar challenges. • Experience selling digital or o
